“We need to meet and neutralise our karma, and then if we meet it again we’ll recognise it and rise above it, dealing from our power and Soul’s Truth at the level of the Great Soul.” Precis’d from Dane Rudhyar, The Astrology of Transformation
From this I guess you can realise that Karma works on a few levels, and at the Transformational level it works on collective and Humanity experience . . . and even if the ways you “meet and neutralise” your own Karma seem small, you can be content that you’ve erased one small blot from blocking Humanity’s power and force for the future.
Bringing Heaven Down to Earth
When we’re Living in Transformation, we realise that we’re “bringing Heaven down to Earth” in our daily awareness of being willing to live with the forces at the Great Soul level as they guide us forward into the future. It takes courage, and it’s the only way to live for those of us wanting to walk the Divine path in life.
For those of us very “karmic individuals” we’re living with soul forces at different levels of our self, and because it’s karma that means it’s “unfinished business” from some previous existence . . . and most karma is the result of some judgement in the past.

Your Story of The Universe
Your Natal [Birth] Chart of your astrology is important for Living in Transformation, with the Astrology of Transformation. Because your Natal Chart is a story of the Universe at the moment when you first drew breath on this Planet . . . it shows you where you’ve been, in your universe. It shows what unfinished business you have here and now, and when your “unfinished business” comes up in your life, how are you going to deal with it to release power into the Great Soul as a force for the future. It also shows you where your purpose is, and how you’re most likely to find your joy . . . and, essentially and importantly, where your Bliss is likely to be!
As I’m always teaching, we’re here to be happy . . . and contentment that you’ve finished your business, and found purpose, joy and bliss by the time you die sounds like a happy ending to your story to me!

Taming the Dragon . . . Healing
When tensions and challenges from powerful energies playing out in our day-to-day life force us to go deeper in search of peace and light, we’re compelled to release deep power and also make space in the heart and mind for more light and, essentially hope.
The space I’m talking about of course is internal space in our inner world of thought and feeling, inner energetic experience. And for us living at the level of the Transformational, we value feelings: we have reverence for virtue . . . and the highest virtue is hope.
To make the inner space for light and power, we open up the Living Mind by unclustering old dead traditions, beliefs, thoughts . . . and in this way our minds can live in alignment with our hearts – so if your heart is opening up with hope for more light and peace, your mind isn’t getting in your own way with ideas and outworn thought-beliefs from past unfinished business. We “Tame the Dragon” . . . karmic healing.

Wounds of Karma
So, karma affects us at different levels, physically, energetically and spiritually. Our unfinished business can affect our thoughts and beliefs, even old limiting vows we may have taken in past existences. And rising awareness that our tense and challenging experiences here and now can be transmuted into light and power, transforms the way we live at the level of walking the Divine path: for our purpose, contentment, bliss.
But, not all karma can be “healed” as such . . . and all the karmic wounds are not equal. So, briefly here – because I’ve written in more depth in other blogs and posts – the wounds of karma can be:
Wounds of the Parents: these wounds come from the limits of your parents . . . most likely wounds from your life prior to having your own independent life, which is not to say these don’t affect you later in life as mine did. But, it is to say that these wounds can be healed.
Wounds of Society, Conditioning and Culture: these of course, we can experience all through life and we tend to be in our middle years when our awareness helps us realise that we can always be healing these wounds . . . we become the wounded healer.
Wounds of our ancient chaos, our psychic inheritance, our collective Karma: These wounds are unhealable. We learn to recognise patterns in our lives, which may be ancient and chaotic – lessons our souls have learned throughout existence. When we’re Living in Transformation we learn willingly to work with these energetic patterns, transmuting our Karma into our Dharma, our path for the culture of the future.
So, the term “Karmic Healing” isn’t actually accurate. Karma cannot be healed as such. The healing comes from releasing blocked power, old patterns and allowing soul energy to flow through your purpose in life. And our Transformational Astrology shows us what our story is likely to be – personal, impersonal and in the collective memory – and where power and light is potential to be released making more force for the Great Soul guiding us to the future.
