At the End of the Age of Pisces . . . the end of the world as we know it.

I heard this phrase the other day, said by one social media astrologer and immediately realised it would pass into current use it’s so powerful, but also with so much potential to cause much anxiety. Yes, it’s the End of the Age of Pisces . . . now known as ‘the end of the world as we know it’. This refers to Saturn in Pisces astrologically and the Saturnian Blessings of having completed a cycle. For Pisceans this cycle started 30 years ago . . . when our worlds started to change dramatically: mine certainly did, when Saturn went into Pisces in 1994.

Saturn works its transformational magic to get us on track for our destiny by taking away that which is no longer beneficial to our path, and we say that Saturn’s Blessing is to leave us with more than he took away: because the intended effect is to polish up the brightness of the “Diamond in the Soul”, or as we call it in Zen the “Diamond Mind”. Saturn, as one of our astrological natal planets in our birth chart, is the last or outer of our personal planets . . . it’s social.

 

Saturn slows us down for the long-haul of life

One of Saturn’s more unknown and mystical qualities is the need to understand the formation of everything. The individual seeks wisdom to such a great extent that he tends to burden himself with excess knowledge in the process. Wisdom cannot be sought.

Wisdom comes through the experiencing of life. It cannot come from books, nor from listening to the words of others. It is the product of all an individual knows, based on all he has personally been through.

Wisdom must also be put into practice, or else it turns to stone.

Saturn is the energy that slows us down for the long-haul of maturity and helps us be able to “know” all the things we’re supposed to know for our path. The world has so much to offer, that mankind’s most serious problem is truly knowing what to choose! So the “end of the world” as we know it, is freeing us up to know what we’re supposed to, to tread the path of wisdom. A path which is social, freeing us up for personal expansion derived from human togetherness and cooperation, and to the security gained from participating responsibly in and being protected by an organized community.

 

 

Evolving and growing to meet our future path

So, as your Piscean guide with the gift of an inner world of resources to be able to teach you how to navigate this collective path we’re on, out of the Age of Pisces and into Aquarius, I’m aiming to alleviate any free-floating kind of anxiety about what the changes we’re all going through might mean and how we might do the necessary life-decluttering not only physically but at the emotional, spiritual and soul level of being . . . to attain the Saturnian Blessings of evolving and growing to meet our future path with the freedom and clarity of a Diamond Mind.

And that is a big statement to get your mind around.

So let’s talk about Saturnian Blessings at the end of a cycle, before moving into another cycle: what we get is, all the hard work pays off and it’s going to come to a resolution and a conclusion . . . which is what we were looking to achieve. But whatever-it-was that we’ve been working on, there’s an aspect of completion that speaks to what it has taken for us to do this, do the work, and how this has made us change and evolve and “levelled-up” if you like as a Soul considerably during this process.

Where Saturn is involved, often things are very uncomfortable . . . I have to be honest about this: frustration, tedium, delays and all those sorts of things. It can get to the point of maybe screaming pitch or “please, just switch the world off?” Evolution is not always comfortable but it comes with Blessings.

 

 

Piscean Super-Power

The point that Saturn in Pisces can work its real magic is when the change comes and you realise that you can do exactly what you put your mind to . . . the legendary Piscean divine focus, or summoning Shakti energy, life force, to create the mental energy to fulfill the focus of your mental intent. That is a huge statement . . . and this is Pisces Super-Power. This is the Diamond in the collective mind that these last few years in the Age of Pisces are polishing up to shine for our future.

This has always been the case, of course, but it is the extent to which our awareness of this power increases that has improved . . . because, whether you believe you can do something or you can’t both are actually true. Belief is the key. Belief is the true Pisces quality.

The power of what you believe makes the difference . . . Pisces rules belief.

If self-belief is the thing that propels you forwards, if it’s the thing that dictates what kind of reality you exist within . . . whether it’s one where you feel trapped and powerless [negative Pisces victim energy, shadow Saturn] or where you feel empowered and sovereign [positive Pisces energy of the Master] . . . then not having a sense of self, and not having a solid sense of self that you can rely on and believe in puts you ultimately at a huge disadvantage. And the first part of the process I’m talking about here, has been about developing a sense of self: what do you now know about “self” and your self-ness? This process has been developing the very thing that you needed to have, to have belief in . . .

And once you have self-belief, you get the realisation that you are an infinite Soul capable of many, many things. And whatever you put your mind to, you will achieve . . . once that mind has been polished up to emerge as the Diamond in your Soul.

If all we have realised from the last 2,000 or so years of the Age of Pisces is that Belief is all, then we are ready to move on to the next cycle and the next Age in our evolution as Humanity.
