Welcome
Step 9 today, and welcome . . . and we’re practising with the power of the breath today.
When we have rigid thinking, and we’ve become defensive because of our unique sensitivity as healers and empaths this Wave of the Breath practice frees and strengthens our spines so energy flows . . . and because it affects our Life Nerve, quite often we can get in touch with past trauma becoming more aware and in control of our own healing here in the present.
So, today we have daily wisdom, with daily practice in saddhana, dedication and intention followed by the Wave Breath. Later on in your day, I call it “evening” but I know it might not be for some of you with anti-social work hours, we have what I call one of the greatest “journey” poems ever—Ithaka— and we’ll use the mantra “Home” with Gentle Calm breathing.
Namaste, SuZen
Wisdom for Today

Saddhana Dedication and Intent for today’s practice
The Powerful Wave of the Breath practice

Ithaka, the greatest journey poem
10 minutes of Gentle Calm with soft rainsticks: breathe rhythmically using “Home” as your mantra

Take step 10 at the link below, and this is the time you’ll need to set aside for your practice. Read my welcome intro, take 10 minutes or so in contemplation with wisdom for the day, then we have daily practice around 9 minutes, and evening practice of around 22 minutes. Take each step at least one day at a time.
Enjoy! SuZen
