Welcome
Step 8 today, welcome . . . and we’re in the realms of the Zen concept of “No Mind”. One of Pisces major downfalls, and the way we get in our own way blocking our own progress is overthinking—this is the antidote.
With “No Mind”, intuition gets stronger and inspiration flows more freely. It changes your daily life.
So, today in practice we have wisdom for today, with daily practice in saddhana, dedication and setting intention followed by the No Mind Meditation—I introduce you to Bindhu Chakra which you might not know about, especially if your own Yoga or spiritual teacher was not taught in this tradition. This evening is my short teaching on the Truth of Your Being, and we use the mantra “Truth” with Gentle Calm breathing.
Namaste, SuZen

The Truth of Your Being
10 minutes of Gentle Calm with soft rainsticks: breathe rhythmically using “Truth” as your mantra

Take step 9 at the link below, and this is the time you’ll need to set aside for your practice. Read my welcome intro, take 10 minutes or so in contemplation with wisdom for the day, then we have daily practice around 9 minutes, and evening practice of around 14 minutes. And you take each step at least one day at a time.
Enjoy! SuZen
