Welcome

Step 7 today, welcome . . . this is a powerful day—working with our energetic boundaries. We’re in the Spiritual realm of inner world here in this step. It’s grounding and strengthening.

I’ve been teaching the Colour Meditation for over 28 years now . . . this came to me one day in my own meditation, at a time when I was doing intensive daily self-healing—I’d been learning a lot about the Ancient Wisdom Energies, and these are the colours I discovered then. My own practice and discovery has shown me absolute trust in my own belief that “Leading by example inspires others for their own healing”.

So, today we have your Wisdom for Today, and then in daily practice we make our saddhana, dedication and intention followed by the Colour Meditation. Later on, for evening practice there’s my simple teaching in Simply Being Your Best and we’ll use the mantra “No Perfection” with Gentle Calm breathing.

10 minutes of Gentle Calm with soft rainsticks: breathe rhythmically using “No Perfection” as your mantra

 

 

 

Take step 8 at the link below, and this is the time you’ll need to set aside for your practice. Read my welcome intro, take 10 minutes or so in contemplation with wisdom for the day, then we have daily practice around 21 minutes,  and evening practice of around 12 minutes. As usual, take each step at least one day at a time.
