Welcome

Step 6 today and welcome to some very simple, but powerful practices. Practiced regularly in your daily life, these will take you a long way, as I found out to my benefit and growth.

So today and for the remainder of your program I’m teaching the short saddhana, setting dedication and our intention for daily practice, with 10 minutes of pure silence for your own meditation and to become more used to spending time alone in silence for your Soul’s journey: making the space to experience your “Pure Being”.

We start with Daily Wisdom, dedication and intention, 10 minutes in pure silence and this evening my short video “Being who you truly are” and using “Loving Action” as your mantra with Gentle Calm breathing.

Take step 7 at the link below, and this is the time you’ll need to set aside for your practice. Read my welcome intro, take 10 minutes or so in contemplation with wisdom for the day, then we have daily practice around 22 minutes,  and evening practice of around 11 minutes. And take each step at least one day at a time.
