Healing the Pisces Healers Step 5

Welcome

Step 5 today, and welcome, we’re taking more small steps. I’m teaching you to bring the Sacred into the day, and aligning with Divine Energy: by “Making a Saddhana” in the Yogic tradition.

The tradition also is, that when we’re dedicating our focus to invoking Goddess qualities into our life, we spend 30 or 40 days in practices which bring about transformation, or dramatic shifts in our lives—in our case, we’re taking the next 10 days in practices. You’ll want to make sure you have your candles, incense and if possible fresh flowers in your special, sacred practice space.

But there’s more . . . “Saddhana” or the words “sad” and “dhana” in Ancient Indian Sanskrit mean true/”sad” and wealth/prosperity/”dhana”. Dhana also means, when it’s given to a baby girl as her name, “treasure” so she is the treasure of the Divine given to the family. When we make saddhana for our daily practice we’re dedicating ourselves to being the true treasure [wealth] that Divine has gifted to humanity. We are the gift and we dedicate ourselves to our sacred nature.

So, we have our daily Wisdom Contemplation, with daily practice of Making a Saddhana and for the evening “Letting Go” to make the space for change . . . and we’ll use “Let Go” as your mantra with the Gentle Calm breathing.

Namaste, SuZen

Making the Space for Change: letting go

10 minutes of Gentle Calm with soft rainsticks: breathe rhythmically using “Let Go” as your mantra

Take step 6 at the link below, and this is the time you’ll need to set aside for your practice. Read my welcome intro, take 10 minutes or so in contemplation with wisdom for the day, then we have daily practice around 14 minutes,  and evening practice of around 12 minutes. As always take each step at least one day at a time.

Enjoy! SuZen
