Healing the Pisces Healers Step 4

Welcome

Step 4 today, and welcome. A poetic Pisces Soul needs silence . . . it bathes us, soothes us and revitalises us so the Poetry can flow. And I mean “Flow” more than in words. Poetry distills Wisdom . . . and Pisces are here to distill the wisdoms of our past to take forward into our future.

So today, I’m introducing you to spending more time in silence with a simple 5 minutes of practice.

You have your daily Wisdom Contemplation, followed by daily practice which is the “Pisces are the Poetic Healing Souls” video, 5 minutes of pure silence and for evening later on a verse from Lao Tsu, writer of the Tao Te Ching. This might help those of you who don’t have a good relationship with “mother” to transmute your experience and relate to “mother of existence”. And so, your mantra with the Gentle Calm breathing this evening is “Mother” which is love, or Tao.

Namaste, SuZen

“The boundarIes of exIstence

ExIstence on earth I call love,

Or Mother (Tao)”

10 minutes of Gentle Calm with soft rainsticks: breathe rhythmically using “Mother” as your mantra

Take step 5 at the link below, and this is the time you’ll need to set aside for your practice: in step 5 we start the practice of “making our saddhana”, which I explain in my welcome intro. Then take 10 minutes or so in contemplation with the wisdom for the day. Morning practice is around 7 minutes,  and evening practice is around 12 minutes. Take each step at least one day at a time.

Enjoy! SuZen
