Today is Step 3, and welcome to your practice. As a collective, we’re a Tribe who’ve come here and now in Humanity’s history, with a bond and a purpose to be inspirational healing light for a better future. We have a collective Karma.
The thing about Karma is, you don’t “heal” it as such but learn to transmute it. We transmute energy to its highest vibration, our purpose . . . or part of our purpose. And the skill is to do this without taking on the pain of others. We do this with strong boundaries: boundaries give us strong “backbone” . . . your backbone is your character, and character comes from your inner world.
So as a collective, we’re here to “hold space for Humanity”.
Practice today is, daily Contemplation, the “We are a Tribe” video and later on the evening practice is “Great Mother’s Wish”, using “Love” as your mantra with Gentle Calm breathing.

Take step 4 at the link below, and this is the time you’ll need to set aside for your practice. Read my welcome intro, take 10 minutes or so in contemplation with wisdom for the day, then we have morning practice around 8 minutes, and evening practice of around 12 minutes. Take each step at least one day at a time.
