Healing the Pisces Healers Step 2

Namaste and welcome to Step 2: special rules apply to us Pisces. Here’s a quote from Eleanor Roosevelt: “To compare ourselves to others is to take the joy out of life.” This is so relevant to Pisces today, here and now.

Today in practice I’m introducing practice in intention and dedication for our day. For those of you new to practice, this is about putting our hearts in the “right place” to align with Universal energy. All that really matters is that our hearts are in the right place . . . most of the time, that’s what really matters. When we mean well, we act as a channel for the harmony and goodwill of the Cosmos. The desire we have to interact in the best possible way, with the people we meet and with the ever-changing situations life brings, changes our perception of the world. Perception is a Pisces power.

Your compassion and thoughtfulness are huge assets and they help you practice being inspired. This inspires others.

For your daily order in practice, today after dedication and intention with “Emptying the Cup” we have the Special Rules Apply video and I want to encourage you to take some time in contemplation, viewing again if you need to process.

This evening, I have our YinZen Prayer for Peace and breathing with Gentle Calm using “Peace” as our mantra to wind up the day.

10 minutes of Gentle Calm with soft rainsticks: breathe rhythmically using “Peace” as your mantra

 

 

Take step 3 at the link below, and this is the time you’ll need to set aside for your practice. Read my welcome intro, take 10 minutes or so in contemplation with thought for the day, then we have morning practice around 5 minutes,  and evening practice of around 12 minutes. Take each step at least one day at a time.
