Step 13 today, and welcome . . . today we have the final part, Part 3 of Dwelling in Essence of Self meditation. We’re coming full circle almost in our practices here in your program: coming home to Self.

This is the culmination of your practice and so the meditation is quite long . . . come back to it later, if this is too much for you in one meditation sitting. As you know by now I teach you in small steps for the unfolding of your spiritual growth. If there is anything you’d like to share with us about your meditation journey, then do please leave something in the comments below.

So, today this is what we have: today’s daily wisdom, and then our saddhana, dedication and intention followed by Part 3 of “Dwelling in Essence of Self” which is the complete meditation. Later on, I read to you of The Meaning of Love by Rumi from his Love Poems and we’ll use “Dance of Love” as our mantra with Gentle Calm breathing.

Read my welcome intro, take 10 minutes or so in contemplation with wisdom for the day, then we have daily practice around 9 minutes,  and evening practice of around 13 minutes. And, as always, take each step at least one day at a time.
