Step 12 today, and welcome . . . and today we’re building on Dwelling in Essence of Self with Part 2 of the meditation.

I won’t say too much here . . . and leave it to your experience. If you feel like sharing in the comments below, then please do go ahead if you feel drawn to that.

So, today we have daily wisdom, and daily practice is saddhana, dedication and intention with Part 2 of “Dwelling in Essence of Self” meditation. Later on, we have more verse from “Self is a Sea” for contemplation and we’ll use “dreambody” as mantra with Gentle Calm breathing.

“You would know in words that which you have always known in thought.

You would touch with your fingers the naked body of your dream.”

 

10 minutes of Gentle Calm with soft rainsticks: breathe rhythmically using “dreambody” as your mantra

 

 

 

Take step 13 at the link below, and this is the time you’ll need to set aside for your practice. Daily time in practice steps up in step 13. Read my welcome intro, take 10 minutes or so in contemplation with wisdom for the day, then we have daily practice around 36 minutes,  and evening practice of around 14 minutes. Take each step at least one day at a time.
