
Welcome
Namaste and welcome to Step 1, and our practice today is about Belief . . . belief in our perfection—Self Belief. Practice is my teaching of the pose of perfection meditation posture, with breathing through the Koshas of Yoga—our subtle energetic bodies. I call it “sitting, breathing, bliss and heaven”.
Pisces have been believing in every one else for 2,000 years or more, and now it’s time to believe in Self . . . difficult for some of us I know, and the healing will take some time—especially if always believing in others has led you down some tough paths. Many of us have been confused for a long time, all our lives, but now “the fog is clearing” and self-belief can come to the surface.
In this step I continue introducing you to daily order in practice: today we have the day’s practice as well as evening practice. Enjoy!

10 minutes of Gentle Calm with soft rainsticks: breathe rhythmically using SoMa as your mantra

Take step 2 at the link below, and this is the time you’ll need to set aside for your practice. Read my welcome intro, take 10 minutes or so in contemplation with thought for the day, then we have morning practice around 9 minutes, and evening practice of around 11 minutes. Take each step at least one day at a time.
