Today for Monday Motivation, calmly working with creativity at the centre of our seemingly chaotic Universe, this is one of my energy medicine videos – The 10000 Hz frequency is roughly equivalent to the “God” 963 Solfeggio frequency. At this frequency, using the Whale Song in the track becomes an extremely high pitched squeal.
When I first started working with these healing sessions, my instant experience with this one was extremely impactful at the second [emotional] chakra which is the seat of our subconscious. I’m still getting that incredible resonance at my emotional chakra.
We know that physically, as a human being all we are is air, water and food . . . and everything on the physical plane of our existence has its own energetic frequency, our energy medicine which can heal us emotionally, mentally and spiritually. FREQUENCY OF HEALING SESSIONS: I’ve been researching healing with sound for deep karmic healing [Ancestral] and Cancer – many of with dread diseases can be extremely karmic individuals. While researching the evidence-based benefits of 432 Hz Solfeggio frequency I discovered that the most beneficial effects are with 35 minute sessions a maximum of 3 times weekly to give a 48 hour healing time at the cellular level between sessions.
PRODUCTION:
I’ve used Rainsticks mixed with pure silence for white noise for the base track and mixed this with a very pure “Whale Song”. On the first attempt to convert the mix-track to 10,000 Hz it lost about 400 Hz in the compression. Knowing that there is further compression on uploading to YouTube I produced the track at 10500 HZ to get the final 10000 Hz frequency.

Friday tea time again this week, and time to take time out for our de-stressing tea-way ritual. Today I’m continuing the focus on guidance for your contemplation and the zen tea way . . . I found this beautifully animated short zen story on “emptying the cup” and the tea way to tranquility of mind and wisdom.

I left the Wednesday slot on the Blog free purposefully, intuitively wanting to know what would “flow in”. Wisdom is what seems to want to flow . . . but maybe not every Wednesday, so maybe there’ll be a blog or post of some kind, and maybe not. As long as the inspiration keeps coming, I’ll keep going with it.

There are so many, many definitions of what Meditation is, and of course there are many systems of teaching Meditation technique. The Yoga approach is one of the most well known and structured ways to learn. The Zen way, of sitting zazen, is one of the least structured meditation practices.
And, so, let’s talk about repetition and commitment as well as practicalities and practices: we could take the attitude of “What’s the point in showering we’re only going to get dirty again?” or “Why bother washing up when we’re only going have to redo it when we reuse the dishes.” Come to think of it, what’s the point in eating, when we’ll be hungry in a few hours time? And of course, sleeping’s unnecessary, too . . . we just always end up feeling tired again, don’t we? I don’t think I need to say anymore, do I? Some things in life just need to be repeated: and diligently. Daily practice in meditation brings a daily order, or balance . . . bringing the sacred into your day.
