Sunday Spirituality | . if you discover zen . Voice of Suzen zen poetry

~

Inspired by the quote: “Zen is like a part of nature . . . it waits to be discovered . . . if you are the person to discover zen, its spirit appears as clear as day . . . ” (from Carl Jung’s foreword to I Ching)

as

you breathe in

now,

allowing

the

light

to expand

in the head

in the physical body,

and

to expand

in the mind space

in your mind body

. . . . . .

and

as

you

breathe

in this way,

breathing in light,

breathing out negativity

which

does

not

belong to you

. . .

allowing

yourself

to understand

that as you grow

spiritually,

in your meditation

in this way

. . .

and

you understand

the spiritual embodiment

. . .

of the growth

and

the maturity

that

comes

with the growth

. . .

you can

allow yourself

to detach

and

to observe

and

simply

to be,

aware

of negative patterns

within relationships

. . . . . . . . .

be

aware

of the dysfunctionalities

in

our society

and

in our world

. . .

be

aware

of these shadows

. . .

that

are part

of the world

and

life

. . .

and

be

aware that

you

can

always

be

moving

towards the light

, , , ,

our practice in

stillness

Yoga

and

in Meditation

. . .

is

to

be

always moving

from the shadow

to the light

. . .

always illuminating

our Soul

. . .

because

eventually

and

ultimately

the only choice

we will have

to make

is

in distinguishing

and

discerning

between

that which is

our Soul

and

that

which is not

. . .

Zen waiting
