Spirit flows.

Spirit breathes existence.

. . .

Once,

Spirit

breathed

existence

into you

.

Once Spirit breathed

existence

into

the first baby

to be born

as a human

into

a

new race

of

mankind

.

.

But

Spirit of Zen

was

not born

. . .

What was born

was

the realisation

of a mother

that

the baby

was free

of

her

body

.

.

.

to take its first breath

.

.

.

and

the amazement

of

a

father

that

this existence

had

somehow

come

into being

.

And these two parents

had

something

to do

with

this

miraculous process

.

And

this process

was

mysterious

.

And the baby breathed

.

.

.

Human

consciousness

started

evolving

.

Spirit of Zen

was

flowing

.

.

.

Spirit

of

Zen

.

That

ellusive

essence

of

consciousness

flowing

as

clear awareness

of the

completeness

of

existence

in

each

moment

of life

.

Spirit of Zen

bringing

the

essence of zen

into

evolving

human consciousness:

• breathing

There was

no beginning

There will be

no end

Births

and

beginnings

Deaths

and

endings

Are

for

cycles of existence

Not

for

breath . . . or spirit
